Our litigation services involve dealing with disputes both pre-court and within the Court system, from breach of contract claims to simple debt recovery, injunctions to bankruptcy petitions.

Our clients range for a large international property developer who trades throughout the world to small, owner managed businesses. Much of our work is for local businesses within Leicester and Leicestershire, who require clear and practical advice, delivered in a way that concentrates on finding a solution. We understand that most businesses want to avoid disputes with their customers and suppliers. While we will conduct litigation efficiently and vigorously, we also look to resolve disputes in a commercial and sensible way.
